段晓霞(Sophia Duan)，教授，博士生导师，澳大利亚La Trobe University (乐卓博大学) 商学院副院长。研究方向为商业信息系统、企业数字化转型和人工智能。作为项目负责人主持多项澳洲政府及企业基金项目，在国内外信息系统权威期刊和国际会议发表论文80余篇。现任国际A类期刊Australasian Journal of Information Systems高级主编及Communications of the Association for Information Systems期刊副主编。长期担任国际顶级信息系统年会ICIS, 欧洲信息系统年会ECIS, 亚太信息系统年会PACIS, 澳洲信息系统年会ACIS主题主席和副主编及信息系统国际顶级期刊审稿人。荣获2022年澳大利亚国家级商业分析领域25强领袖称号。2023年荣获澳大利亚国家级杰出女性商业分析领袖称号，并获得乐卓博商学院研究卓越奖。2025年获提名澳大利亚国家级人工智能奖“年度AI学者”。

This seminar introduces Sophia’s research projects on human-centred artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation, with a focus on digital work, digital mobility, and digital sustainability. Drawing on interdisciplinary and industry-engaged research, the talk examines how AI and digital technologies shape how individuals and organization create value and support sustainable decision-making in complex, real-world contexts. Using examples from digital work, mobility, and agriculture, the talk highlights how responsible AI design and human-AI collaboration can enhance performance while contributing to long-term environmental and social outcomes.
